To Order - Please include a detailed description of your order Include size shape (bowl, plate, etc.) and color choices if any. Give us your shipping address and phone number so we can confirm your order, and in case we have any questions.
PAYMENTS - We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and checks. For security, please call us, or have us call you back to give us your credit card number. We prefer they don’t travel by mail or fax. Arizona residents add 7.85% sales tax.
SHIPPING - Orders of $150.00 or less - add $15.00. Orders over $150.00 - add 10%. For rush delivery, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or International, call for rates.
RETURNS - We think when you see our glass, it will look better than in the picture. If you are not thrilled with your purchase, we will happily exchange it or give you a refund within 30 days, excluding shipping costs. You must contact us first for return authorization. Returns must be properly packaged and insured against loss in transit. We are not responsible for items damaged in return shipment.
